7:30 - 8:00 - Homeroom/K.M.S. Morning Show/AR Testing/
Journal Writing/Fluency Checks
8:00 - 8:15 - SRA Reading - Phonics (whole group)
8:15 - 9:15 - Differentiated Reading Groups
9:15 - 9:30 - SRA Reading - Comprehension (whole group)
9:30 - 9:45 - SSR (Silent Sustained Reading)/AR Testing
9:45 - 10:15 - 6+ Traits Writing
10:20 - 11:10 - Special Areas/Planning
11:10 - 12:20 - Go Math/Math Groups
12:20 - 12:30 - Elements of Vocabulary
12:35 - 1:00 - Lunch
1:00 - 1:30 - Literacy Centers
1:30 - 2:05 - Science/Social Studies
2:05 - 2:10 - Clean up/Pack book-bags
2:10 - Dismiss early bus-riders
2:15 - Load car-riders and regular bus

Mrs. Pumphrey's Rules/Discipline Plan:

Rules - "Don't Monkey Around with Bad Behavior!!"

1. K - Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
2. N - Nice language only.
3. O - Obey teachers and other adults.
4. W - When on the sidewalks, walk.

Discipline Plan - "3 Bananas and You're Split!!"

All students begin with their card on a big green smiley face. If your
child breaks any of the above KNOW rules, then they move their card
to a little green smiley face. This is just a verbal warning. If the
problem persists, then they move their card to a yellow straight face.
Here, they receive a time-out from outside play. If there are any
further behavior problems, then your child will move their card to a red
sad face. Here, they will have no outside play and will have extra
homework. A telephone call to the parent will be made or a note sent
home if the problem continues.
